You will spend your holiday in nature and stay in an environment of warmth, cosiness and serene tranquility. The comfortable castle farm is located between pine forests and near the fields of the castle of Folgoux at an altitude of 950 metres.

Every day you can join the table d'hôtes, with French but also other worldly dishes. From the large and cosy living room you have a view of the castle garden and the castle.

For relaxation you will find a lovely spot in the guest garden or by the swimming pool, with a drink or a book.

The Livradois-Forez National Park is a particularly beautiful and varied area for walking, cycling or motorcycling; with mountains, old volcanoes, monasteries, castles, waterfalls, farmland, old villages and towns.

Life is put back a few notches; everything goes a bit slower and you will encounter few or no people on the paths and roads.

Each room has its own theme; rustic French, the colours of southern Africa, the temples of Bali, a sun-drenched room with a view over the castle garden and a wonderfully spacious suite with Spanish temperament!

We have rooms varying in price and luxury € 75 - € 125 including extensive breakfast.

In addition to the chambres d'hôtes, you will find a cozy and fully furnished holiday home where you can spend your holiday with up to six people. Your pet is also welcome.

Prices from € 90 per night and in high season from € 133 per night. If you stay for a week, you stay one night for free.

We have a few great holiday packages where you can be in nature and enjoy yourself carefree on a full-board basis.

The walking package: to experience the wide area in an ultimate way, we organize a ten-day walking package with two other chambres d'hôtes in the area; you stay three nights at each location with full meals.

The painting workshop week: if you like painting or would like to experience what it is like to paint in nature, we recommend our painting holiday. Every year we organize two painting workshop weeks with painting teacher and artist Margot Maaskant. The two weeks are at the end of June / beginning of July.

The multi-course dinner consists of a starter, main course and dessert and, if you like, a cup of coffee or tea.
